Terms of Service

These terms are a contract between you and Dahlia Wellness Sanctuary ("Dahlia", "we", "us"), the seller and operator of the Dahlia app. By creating an account or continuing to use Dahlia, you agree to these terms.

The service

Dahlia is a wellness web app offering cycle tracking, mood check-ins, a private journal, affirmations and reminders.

Who can use Dahlia

You must be at least 13. If you are under 18, please use Dahlia with the knowledge of a parent or guardian where required in your country. You must give accurate information and keep your login details confidential; you are responsible for activity under your account.

Not medical advice

Dahlia offers general wellness information and estimates. It is not a doctor, therapist or emergency service and does not diagnose or treat. Cycle and fertility estimates are uncertain and must never be used as contraception.

Acceptable use

You must not misuse Dahlia, including: using it for unlawful purposes; fraud or spam; infringing anyone's intellectual property; uploading malware, probing, scraping or interfering with security; trying to access other people's data; reverse engineering or reselling the service.

Intellectual property

Dahlia Wellness Sanctuary owns the Dahlia service and all related intellectual property, including software, content, the Dahlia character, design and branding. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the service for personal use within your package. Your journal, mood and cycle records belong to you; you allow us to store and process them only to provide the service.

Service availability

We work hard to keep Dahlia running well, but the service is provided "as is" and we do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted, error-free or always available. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties and are not liable for indirect or consequential losses; our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the previous 12 months.

Packages, payments and Paddle

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Payment, billing, taxes, renewal, cancellation and refunds are governed by Paddle's Buyer Terms. Dahlia Plus and Premium are subscriptions billed monthly or yearly that renew automatically until cancelled; after cancelling you keep access until the end of the paid period. Switching packages takes effect immediately with the difference charged or credited.

Suspension and termination

We may suspend or end your access if you materially breach these terms, fail to pay, create a security or fraud risk, or repeatedly or seriously break our policies. You can delete your account anytime in Settings; your data is then deleted, and you can export it beforehand.

Changes, law and contact
